The 2025 China Medical Development Conference was held in Beijing from April 19 to April 20, where the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and healthcare has become the center of attention. The event brought together leading voices in mathematics, AI, medicine, public health and pharmacy to discuss innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and policy directions to drive the medicine sector forward in the AI age.

传统医疗以医生经验和人工诊断为主，依赖手工记录和常规检查，决策周期较长且个性化程度有限，人工智能（AI）的快速发展使医疗服务迈向智能化和高效化。AI的创新不仅显著提升了医疗流程的准确性和效率，而且有助于复杂疾病的早期发现和进行更有效的治疗，为全球医疗体系应对复杂健康挑战提供了关键技术支持，推动了现代医疗的加速转型，成为新质生产力发展的重要引领。近年来，在应急救治、远程会诊、检查检验、临床辅助诊断决策、公共卫生服务、医院管理等方面，人工智能应用正在加速推开，以“互联网+”促进人民健康服务提档升级已经成为各方共识。

2024年11月，国家卫生健康委等部门印发《卫生健康行业人工智能应用场景参考指引》，提出积极推进卫生健康行业“人工智能+”应用创新发展。该指引涵盖了医疗服务管理、基层公卫服务、健康产业发展和医学教学科研4大类84种具体场景，力求全方位发挥人工智能优势。近年来，国家大力支持“人工智能+”行动，通过标准化建设、跨机构数据共享和垂类模型应用开发等方式，不断提升诊疗效率和精准度。从达芬奇手术机器人到GPT-4会诊系统，人工智能正在从“工具”跨越到“伙伴”。
